Questions, answered
How much does a POS system cost?
RM8 per month, flat, with everything included — no feature paywall and no per-terminal fee. Your first month is free, and it only starts once you've taken 10 orders — so setting up costs you nothing. If you take dine-in table orders, the first 100 each month are included, then RM0.05 per order, capped at RM88/month.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Customers pay you directly in cash or by scanning your own DuitNow QR, so the money goes straight to your account. We record the order — we never touch the payment and never take a percentage.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. It runs in the web browser on the phone or tablet you already own. There is nothing to install, and no terminal, cash drawer or card machine to buy. A printer is optional.
Can customers order from their table?
Yes. Give each table its own QR code — customers scan, order and pay from their seat, and the ticket reaches your kitchen board tagged with the table number. Table ordering is the only usage-metered feature, capped at RM88/month.
Does it work in Singapore?
Yes. Shops in Singapore take payment by cash or by uploading their own PayNow QR, and prices show in Singapore dollars. The app is built for hawker stalls and small F&B across Malaysia and Singapore.
